Liability
We, Cloud Cakes and More (ABN 48 461 677 274)(also referred herein as “We” and/or “Us”) will not be liable for:
1. Damages to any custom cake or sweets orders once it has left our premises and handed over to the customer (or referred as “you”) upon delivery/collection. The cake must be stored at the correct temperature and in the box supplied, out of direct sunlight and away from damp conditions or heat.
2. Any injury and/or harm caused by eating non-edible accessories that should have been removed prior to eating (e.g., dowels, non-edible flowers, flower wires, toothpicks, cake toppers etc). Non-edible fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. Cloud Cakes and More cannot be held liable for any reactions caused.
Food & Allergy Disclaimer
Here at Cloud Cakes and More, we recognise the seriousness of food allergies, as such you, the customer, must ensure to inform us of any ingredients or food types that may cause an allergic reaction for you and/or your guests, in addition any food restrictions (e.g., halal, kosher) at the time of placing your order.
Cloud Cakes and More is not an allergy free kitchen, all effort is made to minimise the risk where possible. It cannot be guaranteed that products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies.
Cloud Cakes and More will take no liability for adverse reactions to products. The following ingredients are commonly used in our kitchen: milk and other diary products, egg, nuts, wheat and gluten.
Intellectual Property
Photographs are taken of every order and may be used by Cloud Cakes and More on our website and/or social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and others. We reserve the right to use any photographs without compensation to you.
Cloud Cakes and More will not share any photos provided by you without your explicit consent.

We respect your privacy and will keep your personal details secure and confidential. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third party without your consent, unless required by law.
